Pole Tents

Celina's line of commercial grade party tents includes tension-top tents called Classic Pole Tents. Pole tents are one of our most popular product lines due to their ease of set up, color options, and variety of sizes available. Smaller pole tent sizes can be easily set up in the back yard for a barbeque or graduation party, while larger pole tent sizes are ideal for festivals, concerts, and many other outdoor party events.

Each tent requires a set of poles arranged beneath the vinyl top to support the tent top, which is tensioned over the poles and attached to guy lines (ratchet systems or ropes) at the side and corner pole locations . The guy lines are then secured to stakes, completing the anchoring system. Pole party tents are ideal for rental companies, both new and experienced, and end users looking for a tent to accommodate a small party.

Poles that support the vinyl tent top of a classic pole tent come in a variety of materials, the most popular being galvanized steel. Galvanized steel is the most economical choice when it comes to side poles, with many advantages over wood and aluminum side poles. They are more durable than wood poles and require no additional maintenance.  The galvanized steel poles look great by themselves or can easily be dressed up with pole covers to enhance their look without the problems of pulling staples as found with wood poles.

Pole Tent Tops are constructed with:

  • 14 oz. translucent or 16 oz. blockout vinyl

  • All panels are bonded with 1" heat sealed overlapped seams

  • 2" vinyl webbing reinforcements to and from all pole locations

  • 7/32" Polyester sidewall rope lines, held in place with 1" polyester webbing sewn every 15' around perimeter of pole tent top - sidewall rope lines are replaceable if needed

  • Scalloped valances with vinyl binding

  • 95% of the tent top is bonded with heat sealed construction
