The Natural Gas Regulator is used to cut off or limit the amount of fuel that flows to your heating unit. Choose the regulator you need, whether you're using it with our 350,000 BTU Dual Fuel Heater Model THC-355 (selecting THC-355) or with either the 85,000 BTU Natural Gas Heater Model THC-85 or the 175,000 BTU Dual Fuel Heater Model THC-175 (selecting THC-85 & 175). Ensure to select the correct style regulator for your heating unit.

This product is provided with a limited one year parts and labor warranty. Any manufactured parts and components, if found defective within one year from date of purchase will be replaced at no charge. All repairs must be completed by an authorized warranty service center and/or must have factory authorization. Any repairs completed without factory authorization will not quality under this warranty policy.
All warranty replacement parts will be invoiced when they are shipped. Once the claim is submitted and approved the full amount of the invoice including freight will be credited. Any parts being returned must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#) are to be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused by our receiving department. Any parts returned without an RGA number will not be credited.
The manufacturer reserves the right to review labor charges applied to warranty claims. Provided the labor charge is deemed reasonable, the labor will be included in the warranty claim.
