HH-66 Vinyl Cement is a clear adhesive recommended for use on vinyl laminated materials. Specially formulated to create a strong vinyl-to-vinyl bond, HH-66 Vinyl Cement is temperature and water resistant making it the perfect adhesive for small tent repairs and waterproofing sewn seams. Apply HH-66 by brush, this fast-drying cement forms a strong yet flexible bond.
For Repairs:
Brush HH-66 on both the fabric to be mended and the patch. Make sure the patch extends 1" (25.4 mm) past each edge of the rip, tear, or hole. Wait 2-3 minutes, then firmly press the two sides of the fabric together, cement to cement. Wait an additional 2-5 minutes for the adhesive to bond the fabrics together.
For Waterproofing:
Along the sewn seam to be waterproofed, brush a light but solid layer of HH-66 over the length of the seam. Allow 2-5 minutes for the sealant to complete dry.
