Celina Shipping Information
Information you need to know before shipping:
All shipments are put on the freight line free from damage and packaged properly for transit and are signed for as such by the freight carrier. Celina Tent’s responsibility for the product ceases at that point and the freight carrier assumes responsibility. As a service, Celina Tent will file freight claims for prepaid shipments under the following conditions:
Enclosed in your shipment, you will find a packing list. Please unpack the freight and check your order thoroughly as soon as possible. ANY DISCREPENCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF SHIPMENT.
- All large orders will be shipped FOB Coldwater, OH 45828, with freight charges pre-paid, or third party billing.
- Freight rates are subject to change without notice.
- Re-consignment, re-delivery, or storage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Celina Tent is not responsible for service provided by customer selected carriers.
- Large packages will ship ground freight.
- You may need a forklift to unload your deliveries. Our freight products are BIG (long poles, long skids, heavy materials).
- A signature upon request is required for all freight deliveries.

As a service, Celina Tent will file freight claims for prepaid shipments under the following conditions:
- Customer inspects the shipment before signing the Delivery Receipt.
- Customer notes all damage and shortages on the Delivery Receipt.
- Customer notifies Celina Tent, within 7 working days of shipment delivery, of all damage and/or shortages.
