HOW TO USE THE ON-LINE TENT QUOTE SYSTEM |

1: Click on the “Choose Tent Size” box directly above to the picture of the tent style you wish to quote. Click the desired size from the drop down menu (i.e. 20x20) to be directed to the quote page.

NOTE: At any time during the quoting process you may click the “more information” link just below the product you are choosing to acquire additional information and descriptions for those particular products. Step 2: Choose your tent top color by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Material Type”. Choose either all white or color (all standard color options are equal price). High Peak Premiere Pole Tent tops are available in white only. Click here for color chart. Step 3: Choose your anchoring system by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Anchor Type”. Choose either Rope or Ratchets. Note: Ratchet anchoring systems are recommended for all Celina Tent installations. Click here for more information on anchoring systems. Step 4: Choose your Pole Type or Frame Type by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Pole Type” for pole tents or “Frame Type” for frame tents. Choose either Galvanized or Aluminum. Click here to compare Galvanized Steel to Anodized Aluminum. Pole Type Explained Frame Type Explained Step 5: Choose your stake size by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Stake Size”. Choose either 36” or 42”. Note: 42” stakes are recommended when installing any tent with a minimum width of 30 feet. Click here for more information on Celina stakes. If you are quoting any type of Celina Pole Tent, Skip to Step #9 Step 6: Frame Tents Only: Choose your frame fasteners by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Pins”. Choose either R-Pins, Pin & Bail, or Double Tube Screw & Wing Nut. Click here for more information on frame fasteners. Step 7: Frame Tents Only: Choose your side pole and corner supports by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Long Term Use”. Choose either Corner & Side Braces or Double Tube Corner & Side Braces. Note: This selection MUST match the selection you made in step #4 above. Click here for more information on frame supports. Step 8: Frame Tents Only: Choose the desired height of your side poles which determines the overall height of your tent by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Leg Height”. Choose either 7’ or 8’ leg frame height. Step 9: Choose your sidewall style by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Sidewalls”. Make sure your height selection of sidewalls coincides with your leg height selection from above. Note: Standard sidewall color is solid white. Click here for more information on Celina sidewalls. Step 10: Choose your sidewall storage bags by clicking the drop down menu to the right of “Sidewall Storage Bags”. Note: Standard sidewall storage bag color is solid white. Click here for more information on Celina sidewall storage bags. Step 11: Continue to choose additional options to round out your quote. Click the following links for more information on Tent Lighting, Disposable Pole Covers, Tent Liners, Drop Cloths, and Digital Tent Top Printing. Step 12: Double check to make sure you have all necessary selection boxes completed from above. Your retail price should be shown in the red bar. This price does not include any applicable taxes or shipping charges. Step 13: Shipping Quote: To request a formal quote including applicable taxes and shipping, fill in the appropriate contact and shipping information in the remaining boxes. Note: The yellow boxes are required fields in order to provide an accurate quote and contact you with our final price. Step 14: After you have completed the steps above, click “Send Quote” and your information will be securely sent to a Celina Territory Representative.
