Now we can incorporate logos and designs into our manufacturing process creating customized tents, sidewalls, barrel covers, flags, banners, labels, bags….. & much more! Simply send us your artwork in an .EPS, .PS, or an uncompressed .TIF file and setup charges will be waived. Lower quality files such as .BMP, .JPEG, GIF, & .TIF files can be used, but may cause distortion when expanded to larger sizes. Don’t have a logo? Let our Media Creation Team assist you or standard text can be created and expanded to any size without any distortion.
Digital printing costs are based upon the number of square feet of the print area, not by the number of colors. The larger area of print or quantity of the prints will reduce costs. Our “photo quality” printing process pre-heats the media, impregnates a solvent based ink, and then post-heats the media; giving each print a 3 year constant exposure outdoor durability rating. Our facility can handle all of your production needs from small quantities to high production runs. Secondary operations are also available such as heat-sealing, sewing, grommeting, etc. Our heat-sealing capabilities allow us to seam panels together to form any size banner, sign, display, or billboard.
